"Core" stands for his musical roots, his passion for powerful hard rock and the early sound of Gotthard on their first three studio albums. Especially the debut from 1992 wanted to pay tribute to the Ticino and called with friends musicians, such as Igor Gianola (ex-U.D.O.) and frontman Ronnie Romero (Rainbow, MSG) just Coreleoni in life, which breathed new life on the first two albums "The Greatest Hits Part 1" and "II" especially the harder Gotthard classics
On their upcoming third album, the focus is mainly on brand-new original compositions and should finally establish Coreleoni as an independent rock formation. The Albanian-born Eugent Bushpepa (exˇSunrise, Darkology), who caught Leoni's attention in 2018 as a participant in the Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon (song "Mila"), where he took seventh place, makes his debut on the album.

"He is a great singer and an insanely great person. He has an incredible amount of soul and emotion in his voice and his way of making music. That fascinates me a lot and I hope you out there as well," Leoni ennobles his new vocalist.
